Nova McNamara
Nova is a fully qualified Naturopath, possessing an Advanced Diploma(Naturopathy) and a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy). She also has a Bachelor in Engineering, Polymer (Hons), a Graduate Certificate in Management (Technology Management) and a Masters in Secondary Teaching where she teaches Science and Chemistry.
She specialises in personalised perimenopause/menopause support for women, sleep, weightloss and stress/burnout. With a unique background in both Naturopathy and Education, patients walking away with key knowledge is a focus.
Her approach is to utilise Western Herbal Medicine, Mineral therapy, Homeopathy and Flower Essences.
Nova is also an UltraLite Weight Loss practitioner and has supported over 100 men and women achieve their weight loss goals.
Nova delivers her Naturopathic services currently online via Zoom. Appointments are afterhours to support busy lifestyles.
